The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Middle East District) is seeking contractors to execute a full design‑bid‑build, firm‑fixed‑price construction effort for the Apache Alert Mission Complex at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait. The scope includes design‑build of multiple mission‑critical facilities such as alert shelters, logistics readiness center, maintenance supply warehouse, alert magazine, guard house, sunshades, pilot‑readiness facility, substation, and associated site infrastructure (grading, storm‑drain, sanitary‑sewer, fire‑protection, electrical, and telecommunications). Work must comply with USACE, UFC, NFPA, IBC, and Kuwait Fire Forces (KFF) standards, and requires coordination with the Kuwait Ministry of Defence for site access and local regulatory compliance.
• 14‑volume drawing set defines detailed architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, fire‑protection, and telecom designs.
• Requires metal‑building system fabrication, synthetic‑fluorine‑free foam‑deluge fire‑suppression, lightning‑protection, and specialized security/telecom installations.
