The U.S. Air Force is issuing an Indefinite‑Delivery Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract (SABER V) for real‑property maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction at multiple sites including Hill Air Force Base, Utah, and several locations in Wyoming and Nevada. The contract will be awarded to qualified 8(a) small‑business firms and will be structured as a base five‑year period with up to five one‑year options and a six‑month extension. Individual task orders will be firm‑fixed‑price, ranging from $500 to $10 M, with a total contract ceiling of approximately $490 M.
