This IDIQ Multiple‑Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) provides design‑build and design‑bid‑build construction services for military facilities across the Louisville District’s Area of Responsibility (MI, IN, IL, OH, KY). The effort is a 100 % Small‑Business set‑aside with a total ceiling of $240 million over a five‑year base period (plus a six‑month option), and up to seven contracts will be awarded after a two‑phase evaluation (technical then price). Offerors must demonstrate capability in projects ranging from $5 M‑$10 M, self‑perform at least 15 % of work, and submit extensive quality‑control plans.
