Description
MassCor, the procurement arm of the Massachusetts Department of Correction, is issuing a blanket purchase solicitation for sewing, upholstery, and mattress related supplies, equipment, and services. The procurement is open‑ended (rate contract with no maximum obligation) and will run for an initial term of three years, with the possibility of up to four three‑year renewals. Vendors may submit quotations for any combination of sub‑categories, including foam, padding, specialty fabrics, vinyl, ticking, batting, innersprings, hardware, and related maintenance services. The solicitation requires compliance with PREA, a Supplier Diversity Plan (minimum 1 % spend with certified diverse businesses), insurance limits, and prompt‑pay discount provisions.
