The Marine Barracks Washington, D.C. needs a qualified small‑business vendor to pick up, professionally clean, transport, and reinstall a collection of historic curtains and associated window treatments removed from the Home of the Commandant during renovation. The work includes full logistics, protection of historic fabric, and compliance with strict government and historic‑preservation standards.
• Provide all labor, equipment, packaging, and transportation to move curtains from a VA warehouse to a cleaning facility and back to the Commandant’s residence in Washington, DC.
