GPA Environmental Group Inc. is seeking qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including certified MBE, WBE, and SDVOB firms, for the following Village of Scarsdale project that we are currently bidding: Project Name: Scarsdale Facilities Maintenance Building Roof ReplacementContract Number: VM #1349Owner: Village of ScarsdaleProject Address: 25 Ramsey Road, Scarsdale, NY 10583Architect: Fuller & D’Angelo, P.C. – Architects and Planners Project Description The project includes removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems, asbestos abatement, selective demolition, rough carpentry, EPDM roofing, insulation, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and related accessories. All work shall be performed in accordance with the project drawings, specifications, applicable Village of Scarsdale requirements, New York State Department of Labor regulations, OSHA standards, and all applicable codes and regulations. Prevailing Wage Requirements This is a New York State Prevailing Wage project. Subcontractors must comply with all applicable New York State Labor Law requirements, including payment of prevailing wages and supplemental benefits.
