STREET TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT RIGHT-OF-WAY GENERAL CONSTRUCTION JOB ORDER CONTRACT

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors for a Street Transportation Department Right of Way General Construction Job Order Contract. The contract will be for a 36-month duration or $24 million per JOC, whichever occurs first, with an option to renew for an additional 24-month term. The contractor will be required to provide general construction services, including curb and gutter work, asphalt paving, concrete paving, storm drains, and utility adjustments. The contractor must also provide performance and payment bonds in the amount of each Job Order proposal prior to executing the Agreement. • The contractor will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format. • The City provides an ASP web-based project management database which the contractor will be required to utilize in the fulfillment of the JOC requirements. • The contractor shall provide a computerized networked office platform with broadband internet connectivity. • UNIFIER training will be provided through the City of Phoenix to firms under this JOC. • A Small Business Enterprise (SBE) utilization goal of 11% has been established for this project. • The contractor is required to make good faith efforts to utilize certified SBE firms to achieve this goal on each Job Order Agreement.
