Commercial Holiday Tree

The City of Chesapeake is seeking a commercial-grade holiday tree to support its annual seasonal display. The tree should be approximately 40 feet in height, with a base diameter of 22 feet, and have a durable, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance design. The tree should also have a commercial LED lighting system with a minimum of 38,150 LEDs. The contractor will be responsible for delivering and assembling the tree, as well as providing a warranty and technical support. • The tree should be expandable to support height increases with additional frames. • The tree should have a compact/nesting frame design for easy storage. • The tree should have a commercial warranty and lifetime technical support. • The contractor should provide pricing for a 5-foot commercial-grade tree topper compatible with the 40-foot tree. • The contractor should deliver the tree to 112 Mann Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23322.
