RFB - Blaine HSC Achieve Services Area Remodel

The project consists of the construction of a remodeling of the first floor space at the Blaine Human Services Center for the Achieve Services program. The successful bidder will provide the County with the material and labor for the project. The bid award shall be based on, but not necessarily limited to, the following factors of the bidder: adherence to all bid requirements, time of completion, general reputation and experience of bidders, and County’s evaluation of the bidder’s ability to service the County in terms of its requirements as called for in the bid documents. Key considerations for this project include: • Prevailing wages are required • A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on October 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM • Bids must be submitted via email to the authorized representative • The successful bidder must furnish a performance and labor and materials payment bond in the full amount of the contract • The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder • The project duration and payment terms will be determined by the contract agreement
