Allied Health Renovation Pre-Construction & Construction Management Services

Ferris State University is soliciting a professional service organization to provide pre‑construction and construction‑management services for a major renovation and expansion of the Victor F. Spathelf Allied Health Building on its Big Rapids campus. The scope includes design‑review, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement assistance, guaranteed‑maximum‑price (GMP) development, BIM coordination, LEED‑certified sustainability consulting, and overall construction‑phase management to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to LEED Certified standards.
