Description
The City of Tempe is seeking a qualified firm to provide Construction Management services for Phase II of the Tempe Diablo Stadium Complex Renovation. The scope includes overseeing design documents, schedule and budget monitoring, field inspections, contract administration, regulatory coordination, stakeholder outreach, risk management, and project close‑out for a $16.5 million construction effort. The contract will be awarded to a single firm based on a qualifications‑based evaluation.
• Construction Management services covering design review, schedule & cost control, field inspection, and contract administration.
• Project budget of approximately $16.5 million; CM fee typically a percentage of construction cost.
