F117 Engine Performance Restoration (EPR)

The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Pratt & Whitney for the F117 Engine Performance Restoration (EPR) program. The contract includes sustaining engineering, product improvement/modernization, supply chain management, and performance restoration of the F117 engine. The scope of work includes detailed design engineering, maintenance engineering, systems engineering support, technical analyses, and other related services. The contract will be a firm fixed price, 10-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Some key aspects of the job include: • Sustaining engineering for the F117 engine • Product improvement and modernization • Supply chain management • Performance restoration, including depot and field support • Repair of modules and procurement of new or serviceable life-limited parts • Engineering support activities, including design engineering and systems engineering support • Supply chain management logistics and forecasting • Depot overhaul and field-level repair services
