New Fire/EMS Station Feasibility Study

The Town of Stockbridge is seeking a qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) to oversee and manage the design, bid, and construction of a new Fire/EMS Station. The OPM will be responsible for coordinating with the Fire Station Building Committee, the design team, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. The project includes a feasibility study, design, and construction of the new station, and the OPM will be responsible for managing the entire process. Some key aspects of the project include: * The current Stockbridge Fire Station is outdated and no longer meets the needs of a modern fire service. * The new station will be designed to provide adequate space for modern fire apparatus, ambulance bays, and emergency response operations. * The station will be designed with energy-efficient systems and sustainable building materials. * The project will be completed in phases, with the feasibility study being the first phase. * The OPM will be responsible for managing the budget, schedule, and scope of the project. * The OPM will be expected to work closely with the Town Administrator, the Fire Station Building Committee, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed successfully.
