The Needham Public Schools are seeking a qualified independent Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to assist interested School Districts within the Collective Purchasing Group with the implementation and operation of each School District's 403(b) and related programs. The selected TPA will act as the Third-Party Administrator for each program. The contract will be for a period of three years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. The TPA will be responsible for providing services such as plan implementation, operation, and compliance. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing independent third-party administration of 403(b) compliance programs • Assisting school districts with plan implementation and operation • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Providing excellent customer service to school districts and participants • Maintaining accurate and timely records • Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information The Needham Public Schools are looking for a TPA with experience in the 403(b) market space, a strong understanding of the relevant laws and regulations, and excellent customer service skills.
