Title 49 Final Rule Announcement Related to SHA AE Contracts

The State Highway Administration (SHA) is announcing a final rule related to federally funded A/E contracts. As of May 9, 2024, all offerors submitting proposals on these contracts must also submit a signed copy of their consultant team information, including the prime consultant and all respective subconsultants. Failure to submit this information may result in the rejection of an offeror's proposal.
