Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

No monetary value is disclosed in the solicitation. Based on the need for a dedicated EOS M280 system (capital equipment cost, hourly operation, and labor for parameter development, powder certification, testing, and reporting) and the short one‑month timeline, a reasonable contract size for a specialized aerospace‑grade additive‑manufacturing effort would be in the range of $150,000 to $300,000. The lower end assumes minimal labor and use of existing equipment; the higher end reflects full engineering staff, extensive testing, and the provision of 120 kg of specialty powder.
