FY27 Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Lining Services

The City of White House is seeking bids for unit pricing for Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner installations on sewer service laterals. The awarded bidder shall agree to furnish all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary to safely perform the services described in the bid. The project involves the installation of CIPP liners on 4-inch and 6-inch SDR26 PVC pipe for residential sewer service lines within the City of White House, TN. The work shall be performed between the hours of 7:15am-5:15pm, Mondays through Thursdays, and invoiced monthly for tasks performed within each calendar month. • The bid proposals shall include unit pricing for the cost of CIPP liner installation up to 20 linear feet and the cost of additional CIPP liner installation footage. • The bid proposals shall also be inclusive of certificate of insurance, pre-installation and post-installation CCTV video, mobilization and demobilization of contractor, and traffic cones/signage as required.
