Description
The United States Embassy in Guatemala is seeking a contractor to provide rental of meeting rooms, lodging, conference rooms, and equipment for the MOW and HRW conference event to be held in Guatemala City from December 14 to 18, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide a plenary meeting room, breakout rooms, consultation rooms, and HRW meeting rooms, as well as audiovisual equipment and technical support. The contractor will also be required to provide lodging for attendees and shuttle transportation to and from the airport.
• The event will consist of two concurrent programs: MOW and HRW.
• The contractor will be required to provide a block of rooms for attendees and create a link for attendees to make their own reservations.
• The contractor will be required to provide a registration progress report and an availability report.
• The contractor will be required to provide a cancellation policy for the block of rooms.
