Description
The Iowa Department of Public Defense is seeking professional services to repair mechanical systems at the Storm Lake Readiness Center. The scope of work includes demolition, removal, and disposal of existing equipment, as well as the installation of new mechanical systems, including RTUs, radiant tube heaters, and a water heater. The project also includes electrical and roofing work. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project.
