Description
The United States Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking to acquire services for the manufacturing of fatigue crack growth samples to perform corrosion fatigue crack growth testing of Nickel Aluminum Bronze material used for submarine propellers. The contract will be awarded on a Firm-Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) basis, and the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380. The government intends to award a purchase order as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation, and the following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
• The contractor must provide quotations for the associated solicitation and accompanying attachments.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must submit their technical and price quote via email.
• The contractor must include their company DUNS Number and Cage Code on their quote.
