Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, via the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Division of Equipment, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual dielectric and structural testing services for its equipment fleet. The contract is a one‑year master agreement (1/1/2027‑1/31/2028) with four optional one‑year renewals. Estimated annual quantity is 36 structural analysis tests and 36 AC dielectric tests, performed each year during the same month as prior inspections (typically August). The scope includes high‑voltage AC testing of boom components, ultrasonic testing of critical welds, documentation of results, and compliance with OSHA standards. Vendors must submit an electronic bid through the Kentucky eProcurement system, provide required insurance (minimum $1M CGL, $1M auto liability, workers’ comp), and certify various affidavits.
