Trade Service Agreement - Electrician

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking qualified electrical contractors to provide on‑call electrician services for the campus. The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and related services required to perform maintenance, repair, installation, and upgrade work on university facilities on an as‑needed basis. The agreement will be non‑exclusive, allowing EKU to award portions of the work to multiple vendors, and will be structured as a price‑rate contract with hourly labor rates and a fixed‑adder material markup. The contract will commence upon award and have an initial term of two years, with up to three optional one‑year renewals (maximum five years). Bidders must register in EKU’s Jaggaer e‑procurement system, provide insurance certificates, three references, and answer mandatory questions regarding equipment proximity, personnel availability, payment terms, warranties, and willingness to extend pricing to other Kentucky state institutions.
