Electricity Supply Service

Kean University is seeking a qualified electricity supplier to provide full‑requirements electric service for its two campuses (Union and Jersey City, NJ), covering approximately 46 accounts and about 50 million kWh of annual usage. The contract will be awarded on a “lowest‑total‑cost” basis for various term options ranging from 12 to 24 months, with the possibility of a six‑month extension. Bidders must be NJ Board of Public Utilities‑licensed, submit detailed qualification documents by 26 Oct 2026, and deliver a price proposal (including the 6.625 % NJ sales/use tax and a $0.0009/kWh energy‑agent fee) by 10 Nov 2026.
