Anti-Icing Application Unit & Options

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is soliciting bids to establish a master agreement for the design, manufacture, delivery, and field‑testing of anti‑icing application units and related components (tanks, frames, baffle balls, pumps, spray bars, hydraulic hoses, etc.) for the Kentucky Department of Highways Snow and Ice Removal Program. The solicitation lists multiple unit sizes (1,300 gal, 2,035 gal, 2,635 gal, 3,135 gal) and a total annual quantity estimate for each item. Bidders must provide complete, non‑corrosive, UV‑stable polyethylene tanks, galvanized steel frames, spray‑bar assemblies, pumps (190 gpm), flow meters, and optional engine/pump packages. All units must be fully operational, field‑tested, and delivered with detailed drawings, parts lists, wiring diagrams, warranties (3‑year tank, 1‑year components), and 24/7 technical support.
