Description
The Ames National Laboratory is seeking to acquire parts for a high-throughput reactor. The specifications for the parts are included in Appendix C. The laboratory intends to award a firm fixed-price agreement to the offeror whose proposal is deemed to be the most advantageous to the laboratory, based on factors such as price and technical acceptability. The offeror must submit a proposal that includes their standard commercial warranty, proposed discount terms, and estimated delivery date. The laboratory reserves the right to accept any item or group of items of an offer, unless the offeror qualifies the offer by specific limitations.
• The proposal must be submitted via email to the procurement agent by 4:00 PM on 7/23/2026.
• The offeror must register their company in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete annual representations and certifications electronically in SAM.gov.
• The offeror must provide a copy of their W-9 or W-8 BEN.
• The laboratory may evaluate offers and award an agreement without discussions with offerors.
• The offeror must agree to the laboratory's terms and conditions, or state any exceptions to the terms and conditions within their proposal response.
