This solicitation seeks competitive pricing for a broad range of food‑service commodities (fresh, frozen, refrigerated, and dry goods) that Dutchess BOCES and its member school districts will purchase on a net‑off‑invoice and fee‑for‑service basis. The vendor must supply fully labeled products meeting NY State nutrition standards, deliver temperature‑controlled shipments within five business days of order receipt, and provide detailed usage reports throughout the contract year. The award will be a one‑year contract with optional extensions, and the vendor must maintain appropriate insurance, certifications, and compliance with Buy‑American and Farm‑to‑School requirements.
• Provide unit‑price (freight‑included) for each commodity in the required Excel pricing sheet.
• Deliver perishable items (frozen ≤ 0 °F, refrigerated ≤ 40 °F) within 5 business days, with at least 24‑hour notice, between 08:00‑15:00 M‑F.
• Meet all labeling, nutrition, SDS, and Buy‑American/Farm‑to‑School regulations; no expanded polystyrene foam products accepted.
• Submit required W‑9, certifications, insurance certificates, and a sealed bid envelope by the deadline.
• Generate quarterly usage reports (due Feb 1) and a final annual report (within three weeks after year‑end).
