Description
The Navajo Division of Transportation is seeking a vendor to supply and deliver UPM cold‑mix asphalt repair material (cold‑mix “patch” material) that meets FP‑14 specifications. The contract will be a five‑year standing purchase agreement, initially for 48 pallets, with the possibility of additional pallet orders as funding becomes available. The vendor must provide all required certifications, insurance, bonding, and references, and must include the 6 % Navajo Nation sales tax in the bid. Evaluation will be based on technical merit and price, with extra points for Navajo‑owned firms.
• Supply UPM Cold Mix material (48 pallets to start, expandable)
• Deliver material to Navajo DOT Roads complex (Window Rock, AZ)
• Provide all required documentation (certificates, insurance, SAM registration, etc.)
• Follow a 5‑year contract term with optional renewal, and include 6 % Navajo sales tax in pricing.
