Description
The Office of Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) is seeking proposals from qualified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBE) contractors for the construction of new office spaces at the 13th floor of the Hirsch building, located at 421 East 26th Street, New York, NY 10016. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project on a Firm Fixed Fee basis. The proposal price shall include all costs associated with labor, materials, equipment, and freight.
• The contractor shall be required to maintain staffing levels sufficient to meet the operational needs of OCME.
• The contractor shall provide a complete, workmanlike, well-executed job in accordance with the specifications and all applicable national and local codes.
• The contractor shall obtain any and all permits, licenses, and certificates as shall be required for or applicable to the work performed at no additional cost to OCME.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Labor Law, as amended.
• The contractor shall procure and use products having properties that minimize potential impacts to human health and the environment consistent with maintenance of the effectiveness of these products for the protection of public health and safety.
