Materiel Management Operations Services (MMO)

The AFTC Contracting Directorate, Edwards AFB, is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Materiel Management Operations (MMO) services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, facilities, vehicles, transportation, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and other items and nonpersonal services to perform MMO services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Key responsibilities include managing and controlling government property, equipment, and materials, as well as providing support for various maintenance functions. The contractor must also ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies. • The contractor must have experience in materiel management operations and be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the required services. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the services. • The contractor must be able to work effectively with government personnel and other stakeholders to ensure successful contract performance. • The contractor must be able to maintain accurate records and provide timely reports as required by the contract. • The contractor must be able to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
