Description
The State of North Carolina is seeking a proposal for the lease of approximately 8,220 net square feet of conditioned office and storage/warehouse space in the Greensboro area for the NC Education Lottery. The proposed space should be free of hazardous asbestos and hazardous lead paint. The proposal should include all full-height partitions, demolition, and up-fitting costs; building and grounds maintenance; taxes; insurance; and other building operational costs. The proposal should also include a final per-square-foot price proposal based on all specifications.
• The proposal should be submitted electronically through the North Carolina eProcurement Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP).
• The proposal should include a final best price proposal.
• The proposal should be submitted by 4:00 p.m., April 24, 2026.
• The State reserves the right to reject this proposal for any reason it deems warranted.
• Tenant Improvement Allowances or additional rent for building operational expenses are not acceptable.
