This solicitation covers two separate contracts for the Park Ridge High School auditorium: (1) a general renovation of the auditorium space, including interior and exterior upgrades, mechanical, electrical, and potential ADA improvements; and (2) an asbestos abatement contract to safely identify, remove, and remediate any asbestos‑containing materials in the auditorium. Bidders must submit sealed bids with required certifications, financial security, and compliance with New Jersey labor, anti‑discrimination, and grant‑agreement provisions. The project is partially funded by the New Jersey Schools Development Authority, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting all requirements.
