Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for a task order contract for the Pavement Preservation Package 10 Crack Seal. The contract is estimated to be worth $500,000. The work is to be substantially completed within 270 calendar days and does not include hazardous environmental work. The project requires 10 project signs. Bidders must meet the prevailing wage rate requirements and adhere to the Local Preference Program Ordinance, Veteran-Owned Small Business Preference Program, and Responsible Bidder Ordinance.
• The contract is a unit price contract, with unit prices remaining in effect throughout the duration of the contract.
• The quantities shown are estimated quantities for budgetary purposes only.
• The award of this contract does not guarantee the contractor the entire work shown in the IFB.
• The City of San Antonio may order all, some, or none of the work shown in the IFB.
• Projects will be assigned as they become available.
• Bidders must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements stated in the SBEDA Guidelines Provisions.
