Aerated Sludge Holding Tanks

The Charles County Government is seeking a qualified contractor to design and construct upgrades to the Aerated Sludge Holding Tanks at the Mattawoman Wastewater Treatment Plant. The upgrades aim to increase the tank capacity to achieve three days of storage at 20 MGD ADF. The contractor will be responsible for preparing contract drawings and specifications, obtaining applicable permits, and providing construction engineering services. The project requires a team with experience in water and wastewater engineering, including a principal, project manager, architect, senior design engineer, design engineer, and process engineer. The contractor must also provide insurance coverage, including commercial automobile, worker's compensation, commercial general liability, and professional liability.
