Hydraulic power units

The City of Columbus Water Division is seeking to purchase three mobile hydraulic power units. The units must meet or exceed the specifications of a Stanley HP28B02 Power Unit and have certain features such as twin circuits, a minimum of 8 GPM, and a minimum of 2000psi operating pressure. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the units to the city, provide training, and respond on-site with factory-trained technicians within 24 hours of receiving a service call and/or email. Some key features of the required units include: • The machines shall meet or exceed the specifications of a Stanley HP28B02 Power Unit • The Machines shall be twin circuits • Each circuit must have a minimum of 8 GPM that can run simultaneously with each other • Must have a minimum of 2000psi operating pressure • Circuit shall be open center • Hydraulic reservoir capacity shall be a minimum of 3.2 US GAL • Fuel Tank capacity shall be a minimum of 4.5 US GAL • Hydraulic couplers must be HTMA flush face “quick coupler” • Gas driven engine shall be a minimum of 27HP • Unit shall not weigh more than 360lbs • Unit shall measure at maximum 38in long x 26 in wide x 30in tall • Unit shall have at minimum of one (1) 12v DC power plug to allow other tooling to be powered off unit • Unit shall have lifting hook secured to top • Unit shall have fixed side handles • Unit shall have two (2) solid rubber tires • Unit shall have foldable front lifting bar as to pivot on wheels for mobility • Unit shall be delivered to the city with two (2) sets of twinned 50ft x ½ in hose and couplers • Factory warranty shall be a minimum of 1 year • Delivery and training shall be included with the purchase and shall be conducted at 910 Dublin Road Columbus OH 43215 • Successful bidder shall be required to respond on-site with factory trained technicians within 24 hours of receiving a service call and/or email • An in person demonstration may be required prior to award and purchase of the machine.
