Description
The Gordon County School System is seeking a contractor to provide epoxy floor coating for the restrooms at Red Bud Elementary School. The contractor will be responsible for all equipment, labor, materials, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The scope of work includes site preparation, epoxy installation, material requirements, protection and cleanup, and final inspection and acceptance. The contractor must comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on January 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that includes all required documents and information.
• The contractor must provide a detailed outline of the cost, service, and products to complete the project.
• The contractor must ensure that all products, materials, and coatings used for the project are submitted to and approved by the GCSS prior to installation.
• The contractor must comply with all OSHA regulations and school district safety protocols.
