Little Creek Resource Recovery Facility Rehabilitation & Replacement Contract 1 - EQ Tank No. 2

The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the construction of a new Equalization Tank and Control Valve Vault at the Little Creek Resource Recovery Facility. The project includes the installation of influent and drain yard piping, overflow piping to the existing EQ tank, and miscellaneous electrical and instrumentation and controls. The bid documents can be obtained from the Engineer's office or online. The City of Raleigh encourages participation from certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) businesses. • The project requires a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and a Mandatory Site Walk. • Bidders must provide evidence of licensure to perform the work as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87. • Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid. • The City's goal is to contract or sub-contract 15% of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000.
