Description
This solicitation is for a single factory‑remanufactured Lycoming IO‑540‑AB1A5 aircraft engine to replace the engine on a 2021 Cessna 182T owned by the Washington State Department of Transportation. The award will be a one‑time purchase; the vendor must provide the engine, all associated shipping, handling, installation support, warranty documentation, and any required certifications. The contract is expected to be valued at $150,000 or less and will be awarded to the lowest‑priced, responsive, responsible small‑ or veteran‑owned business, unless none qualify.
• Provide a factory‑remanufactured Lycoming IO‑540‑AB1A5 engine (same model as existing)
