This Invitation to Bid (ITB) seeks qualified firms to supply “ready‑to‑install” remanufactured diesel, dual‑fuel, gasoline, and related engines, along with accessories and a comprehensive core‑exchange program for the Miami‑Dade County Public Schools Department of Transportation Vehicle Maintenance fleet. The awardee must maintain a safety‑stock inventory, provide full OEM‑specification engines with warranty coverage, and adhere to strict delivery, freight, core‑acceptance, and environmental packaging standards. Prices are firm for the contract’s duration, emphasizing pricing stability, high‑quality product support, and customer service. • Supply and deliver remanufactured engines for buses, automobiles, light/heavy‑duty trucks, and specialized equipment. • Establish and manage safety‑stock inventory and a one‑for‑one core exchange program. • Provide full warranty coverage, labor reimbursements, and zero‑cost replacements, with fixed unit prices throughout the contract term.
