This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to supply complete roofing materials for three housing‑unit buildings (351, 352, 355) at Calipatria State Prison. The State will perform all installation; the vendor’s responsibility is limited to delivering new, full‑system PVC roofing membranes, sheet‑metal components, adhesives, sealants, warranty documentation, and providing on‑site technical assistance. The contract is “all‑or‑none,” with a mandatory pre‑bid walk‑through, strict gate‑clearance requirements, and a 90‑day delivery window once a purchase order is issued.
• Supply of 80 mil PVC roofing membrane (≈ 16,878 sf per building) and associated flashings, insulation, and accessories.
