Description
The United States Government is requesting quotes for the provision of Collins Aerospace SCISR 2 Radios. The radios must meet the requirements outlined in Attachment 1, Salient Characteristics. The Government intends to award the contract to the offeror whose quote is determined to be the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) and that is not listed on the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) National Security Systems (NSS) restricted list.
Some key points to consider include:
• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.
• Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer.
• Quotes are due by 31 July 2026 at 1:00 PM ET.
• The Government will assess Supply Chain and Cybersecurity compliance of all offerors via the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
• The requirements of FAR 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will be monitored and strictly enforced by the Contracting Officer.
