Roof and Soffit Replacement Touro Fire Station

The City of Newport is seeking a contractor to replace the roof and soffit of the Touro Fire Station. The project includes removing and replacing the existing roof, installing new underlayment, synthetic slate, and wood gutters, as well as repointing the chimney and priming and painting the soffit, facias, and trim. The contractor must also install new flashing, vents, and downspouts.
