The Los Angeles County Fire Department is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to replace the existing asphalt shingle roof on Fire Station 040 (approximately 5,500 ± sq ft). The scope includes removal and disposal of the existing roof system, repair of flashings and penetrations, installation of a new asphalt shingle roof, daily cleanup, and a minimum five‑year warranty on materials and labor.
