Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking a qualified contractor to fully renovate five restrooms and a staff lounge at Regency Park Elementary School. The work includes demolition, replacement of plumbing fixtures, signage, partitions, lighting, floor and wall finishes, and associated mechanical/electrical upgrades, all to meet California Title 24, ADA, and DSA requirements. The contract is an informal sealed‑bid (IFB) with an estimated value of $165 k (bid range $75 k–$220 k) and requires a Class 3 DSA‑certified inspector on site.
• Replace restroom fixtures, partitions, accessories, signage, and upgrade lighting.
• Install new epoxy flooring, wall‑finish panels, and finish painting to “like‑new” condition.
• Perform limited ceiling repairs, electrical conduit updates, and ensure compliance with fire‑alarm and accessibility codes.
• Provide all labor, materials, sub‑contracts, permits, inspections, and warranty for a two‑year period after substantial completion.
