Description
The Town of Fairhaven is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation and related work of the existing tennis courts located in Cushman Park. The project includes the removal and restoration of existing defective repairs, repairs to new existing cracks and deficiencies, installation of fencing between playing courts, and surface line court painting. The contractor shall provide all necessary services and materials for the tennis/pickleball courts and shall schedule and plan the project to minimize closure of the facility to the general public. The project requires the contractor to submit a proposal with a letter of transmittal signed by an authorized official of the firm, and to provide a bid bond in the sum of five percent of the bid total.
