TAZEWELL EMERGENCY SERVICES RENOVATION PROJECT

The Town of Tazewell is seeking a qualified professional to provide construction services for the renovation and addition of the Tazewell Emergency Medical Services building. The project includes the renovation of the current 3,940 square foot facility and the construction of an addition to meet the criteria outlined in the preliminary architectural feasibility report. The scope of services includes the renovation of the current structure and the construction of an addition. • The project requires a mandatory pre-bid meeting on October 29, 2025, to review the RFP and preliminary architectural feasibility report. • Interested parties will be able to survey the site during the pre-bid meeting. • Qualified firms must submit four bound copies of the proposal by November 19, 2025. • The project is expected to improve the functionality and capacity of the Emergency Services Department.
