Description
The Collingswood Board of Education is seeking a qualified architectural firm to act as its sole “Architectural Firm” for the 2026‑2027 fiscal year, delivering a full suite of architectural services for K‑12 facilities. The firm must be New Jersey‑licensed, have at least five years of experience with school districts, and be capable of handling design, permitting, construction administration, and code compliance for existing and future school projects. The contract runs for one year, beginning July 1 2026, and the district will evaluate proposals on qualifications, relevant experience, and cost (50 % weighting).
• Provide design, planning, construction administration, permitting, and code‑compliance services for Collingswood schools.
• Must maintain a staff of NJ‑licensed architects and demonstrate a proven track record with at least three NJ school‑district references.
