RFQ - PFD -CITY HALL PLAZA RENOVATIONS PHASE 1 & 2

The City of Boston is seeking statements of qualifications for the renovation of City Hall Plaza, Phase 1 and 2. The project includes improvements to the South Plaza, Congress St stairs, lower-level MEP spaces, and garage. The construction estimate is $27,500,000.00. This is a two-step process, with the first step being the submission of statements of qualifications, and the second step being the invitation of prequalified respondents to submit bids.
