Description
The City of Raleigh is soliciting sealed bids for the renovation of two single‑story structures located at 1005 and 1009 Stancil Drive within the Dix Park campus. The work will convert the buildings into office space and includes interior demolition, framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing upgrades, finishes, and site work. Bidders must be licensed NC contractors and provide a 5 % bid security.

• Required licenses: North Carolina General Statute Chapter 87 contractor license
• Bid security: 5 % of the total bid amount
