F/A-18 Integration Support of the ARC-210/RT-1990A(C) and the RT-2036(C) Radios

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is soliciting integration support for AN/ARC‑210/RT‑1990A(C) (Gen5A) and AN/ARC‑210/RT‑2036(C) (Gen6) radios on all F/A‑18 and EA‑18 aircraft. The contractor will provide integration services, attend technical interchange and configuration control meetings with multiple Naval and contractor entities, and implement platform‑specific software and documentation modifications. This effort is being pursued as a sole‑source award under 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). • Provide integration of Gen5A and Gen6 radios into F/A‑18/EA‑18 platforms. • Support TIMs and CCB meetings among PMA209, PMA265, Advanced Weapons Lab, and Boeing. • Perform platform‑specific software and documentation changes for the radios. • Sole‑source procurement; no competition intended. • All inquiries must be submitted by 08 Oct 2026 14:00 ET via email.
