Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement for Nicopress Oval Type Sleeves in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The solicitation will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with an up to 100% Option Quantity. The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced offeror.
• The contract requires the delivery of 60,000 Nicopress Oval Sleeves, with an option for an additional 60,000 sleeves.
• The sleeves must meet the specifications outlined in Drawing 9209555.
• The contractor must provide preproduction samples and certify that the production quantity will be produced at the same facility as the preproduction samples.
• The contract includes provisions for inspection, acceptance, and payment, as well as requirements for packaging and shipping.
